LTD - Lighthouse - Nantucket
When I was growing up, my Grandparents on my mother’s side, lived in Chatham, on Cape Cod. I spent summers on the Cape from birth through College, long after they had passed, renting cabins with friends, working at restaurants or driving an Ice Cream Truck. I took this photograph in 2009 on a family trip back to scatter my dads ashes in Nantucket Sound. He had passed earlier that year. Floating past this lighthouse was an icon from throughout my childhood. This image represents a dream of the past. My brothers, our mom and I still try to go back each summer as a family, whenever we can.
